If you should not be satisfied with an item purchased on board, you can hand it back in its original packaging to your flight attendant on the same flight or return it to us within a period of four weeks after your flight, accompanied by your sales invoice.

Please note that, as the end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. You can return used batteries that are or have been included in our range to one of our WorldShop branches or our dispatch warehouse free of charge

  • Pb = battery contains more than 0.004 percent by weight of lead
  • Cd = battery contains more than 0.002 percent by weight of cadmium
  • Cd = battery contains more than 0.002 percent by weight of cadmium
